WHAT DOES FISECAL DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Why? Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please read this notice carefully to understand what we do.
What?

The types of personal information we collect and share depends on the product and/or service of ours you use. This information may include:

  • Identifying information such as name, email address, gender and birthdate
  • Account balances, account transactions and transaction history
  • Income and asset
How? All financial companies need to share customers’ personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons financial companies can share their customers’ personal information; the reasons Fiscecal, LLC chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

Please note: If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information thirty (30) days from the date we send this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice and/or our Privacy Policy.

However, you can contact us at any time if you have questions regarding our policies and to limit our sharing as described herein.

 

What we do
How does Fisecal protect my personal information? We take appropriate security measures (including physical, electronic and procedural measures) to help safeguard your personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure. For example, only authorized employees are permitted to access personal information, and they may do so only for permitted business functions. In addition, we use encryption in the transmission of your sensitive personal information between your system and ours, and we use anti-virus software and firewalls to help prevent unauthorized persons from gaining access to your personal information.
How does Fisecal collect my personal information?

We collect your personal information, for example, when you

  • open an account
  • provide account information
  • give us your contact information
  • use our online financial management tools
Why can’t I limit all sharing?

Federal law gives you the right to limit only

  • sharing for affiliates’ everyday business purposes—information about your creditworthiness
  • affiliates from using your information to market to you
  • sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you

State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing.

Definitions
Affiliates

Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be financial and non-financial companies and include:

  • N/A
Nonaffiliates

Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be financial companies, such as insurance companies and their sales professionals, and non-financial companies.

  • Fisecal does not share with nonaffiliates.
Joint marketing

A formal agreement between nonaffiliated financial companies that together market financial products or services to you.

  • Fisecal does not jointly market financial products or services to you.
Other important information
This notice applies to individual consumers who are customers or former customers. We will keep you informed of changes or amendments as required by law. This is simply a notice to the Privacy Policy and does not in any way replace our Privacy Policy.
